Meet Rosette Melão

In both her classroom practice and leadership, Rosette is passionate about ensuring lessons are engaging, empowering and responsive to the needs of a diverse student body in a changing world. She aims to create inclusive learning environments where students develop confidence, effective communication skills and a passion for learning.

Rosette’s degree in International Politics and Master’s degree in Public Policy, with a focus on Education Policy, have shaped her interest in evidence-informed practice and helped her develop a cross-curricular vision of education, grounded in practical, real-world approaches to learning. She believes that focusing on the whole child, while fostering mindful, collaborative and academically rigorous learning environments, creates meaningful opportunities for students to thrive.
