This section contains comprehensive information regarding our admission process.
Step 1
Schedule a visit/meeting and fill in the information request form at this link. Please complete one form per student.
Step 2
After the visit/meeting with our Head of Admissions, please submit the pre-application form available on the admissions portal and the proof of payment (125€) to our finance department (invoicing@ais-edu.pt). Upload latest school/psychology reports. For students from year 1 onwards (if applicable).
Step 3
A meeting may be requested, after the initial visit, with the family and the student, together with the Head of School and the Wellbeing Department.
Step 4
The formal offer of enrolment via email is sent by the Admissions Department.
Step 5
Fill in the enrolment form on the portal and submitall relevant documents (Citizen card/Passport of the student and respective guardians, Taxpayer Identification Number, Vaccination Record, Direct Debit Authorisation, GDPR Document).
Confirmation of enrollment by the Admissions team.

After filling in the forms, schedule a visit/meeting with our Head of Admissions (refer to your checklist on the left hand-side of the admissions portal).
